BDL Trent meadow long eaton, some more info:

The course will be virtually identical as last and previous years. Approximately 5 miles (2 laps). With the conditions as they are, some of the lap is very soft and wet underfoot, other bits are good firm running. Spikes will be fine, but something with good grip above all. Walsh's fell shoes etc would be perfect.

The course address is Meadow lane, Long Eaton. NG10 2FT. Start 11.00 a.m. There is free parking on site, and on the industrial area and streets close by. There is a railway level crossing just before Trent Meadows so competitors must allow for the possibility of a wait, and to allow time.

Club tents adjacent to finish. 70/80m to start.

There will be two portaloos provided as previous years.

Hope to see loads of MACs there!

Hi all, happy to drive and have room for 3/4 passengers plus dirty kit! Where should we meet? Old lido Matlock or Cromford Meadows? Simon B

Old Lido would be better for me, but I could get a lift down to Cromford if that's better for others?
