Stuck for a race this weekend?

There is a free 5K park run in Darley Abbey Park, Derby every Saturday at 9.00 a.m. Register via www.parkrun.org.uk/darley/ and download personal barcode, turn up and run. Also can now enter Lambs Longer Leg 5K fell race, from Lamb Inn, Hayfield via fell runner website www.fellrunner.org.uk . Pre-entry only. Race is on Sunday 19th at 11.00 a.m. Don't forget to let me know if you race and results!
