My Wildcat Aquathlon is taking place on 23rd June at Matlock Bath. For those who don't know what one of those is, it's a swim-run event and in this case is 1500m in the river (the smooth bit through Derwent Gardens) followed by a 10k run which is all off road around Derwent Gardens, Wildcat Crags and in the private grounds of Willersley Castle - a really nice route.
I know some of you may be entering as individuals but there's also a relay pairs' race and there are some Matlock Swimming Club members who are interested but have an aversion to running. If anyone fancies pairing up with a good swimmer then let me know. Early replies will earn a better swimmer!
